July 2026 ### Added * Call Activity, for teams with calling enabled, see inbound and outbound call counts and appointments booked — each compared with the previous period — plus a call-duration breakdown, right on your dashboard ## June 2026 ### Added * Automatic Eligibility Checks, automatically verify a patient's coverage when they enter an Insurance Verification stage, with benefits filled in on Active results * Insurance Discovery, search for a patient's active coverage when the payer or member ID is unknown * Comments and Mentions, leave comments and @-mention teammates across patients, tasks, prior authorizations, and eligibility checks, with email notifications * Prior Authorization Enhancements, reassessment types, appeal and reference numbers, appeal-status authorizations, and follow-up tracking * Patient Locations, link patients to your company's locations ### Changed * Eligibility service types are now chosen per payor (the payor's own services, then the patient's referral, then your company default) instead of one fixed default for every check ### Fixed * Member IDs containing spaces or punctuation no longer block automatic eligibility checks ##
