Account
The Account page lets you update your name and change your password. Access it by clicking your user menu (your name at the bottom of the sidebar) and selecting Profile.Profile
You can update your name from the Profile page. Your email address is shown but cannot be changed — contact support@getsolum.com if you need to update it.Changing Your Password
- Go to your user menu → Profile.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new password.
- Confirm your new password.
- Click Change Password.
Password Requirements
Your new password must meet all of these:- At least 12 characters
- At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
- At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
- At least one number (0-9)
- At least one special character (
!@#$%^&*(),.?":{}|<>)
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| ”Current password is incorrect” | Double-check your current password. If you can’t remember it, use the Forgot Password flow instead. |
| Password doesn’t meet requirements | Make sure it’s at least 12 characters and includes uppercase, lowercase, a number, and a special character. |
| Don’t see the Change Password section | This section only appears if your account has a password set. If you haven’t created a password yet, use the Forgot Password flow. |
