Notifications

Solum sends email notifications to keep you informed about task activity. The Notifications page lets you control which emails you receive. Manage your preferences at Notifications (also accessible from the user menu in the sidebar).

Notification Types

All notifications are delivered by email. Each type can be toggled on or off independently.

Troubleshooting

ProblemFix
Not receiving notification emailsCheck your spam or junk folder. Emails come from notifications@updates.getsolum.com. Also verify the notification type is toggled on in your preferences.
Receiving too many emailsGo to the Notifications page and toggle off the types you don’t need.
Getting emails for my own commentsYou shouldn’t — Solum only sends comment notifications for other people’s comments, not your own. If this is happening, contact support@getsolum.com.
