Forgot Password

If you can’t log in because you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page.

How to Reset Your Password

  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Click “Forgot your password?” below the password field.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  4. Click Send Reset Link.
  5. Check your inbox for an email from notifications@updates.getsolum.com with the subject “Reset your password”.
  6. Click the link in the email.
  7. Enter your new password and confirm it.
  8. You’ll be redirected to the login page — sign in with your new password.
The reset link expires after 1 hour. If it expires, go back to the login page and request a new one.

Password Requirements

Your new password must meet all of these:
  • At least 12 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
  • At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
  • At least one number (0-9)
  • At least one special character (!@#$%^&*(),.?":{}|<>)
The reset page shows real-time feedback as you type so you can see which requirements are met.

Troubleshooting

Didn’t receive the reset emailCheck your spam or junk folder. The email comes from notifications@updates.getsolum.com.
Reset link says “expired” or “invalid”Links expire after 1 hour and can only be used once. Request a new one from the login page.
Don’t remember which email I usedContact your company’s Admin or reach out to support@getsolum.com.
Password doesn’t meet requirementsMake sure it’s at least 12 characters and includes uppercase, lowercase, a number, and a special character.
