Forgot Password
If you can’t log in because you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page.How to Reset Your Password
- Go to the login page.
- Click “Forgot your password?” below the password field.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Click Send Reset Link.
- Check your inbox for an email from notifications@updates.getsolum.com with the subject “Reset your password”.
- Click the link in the email.
- Enter your new password and confirm it.
- You’ll be redirected to the login page — sign in with your new password.
The reset link expires after 1 hour. If it expires, go back to the login page and request a new one.
Password Requirements
Your new password must meet all of these:- At least 12 characters
- At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
- At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
- At least one number (0-9)
- At least one special character (
!@#$%^&*(),.?":{}|<>)
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Fix |

| Didn’t receive the reset email | Check your spam or junk folder. The email comes from notifications@updates.getsolum.com. |
| Reset link says “expired” or “invalid” | Links expire after 1 hour and can only be used once. Request a new one from the login page. |
| Don’t remember which email I used | Contact your company’s Admin or reach out to support@getsolum.com. |
| Password doesn’t meet requirements | Make sure it’s at least 12 characters and includes uppercase, lowercase, a number, and a special character. |
