Providers
Providers represent the healthcare professionals on your team — therapists, clinicians, or other staff who deliver services. Each provider can be assigned to one or more locations and linked to the services they offer.
Manage providers from Settings → Providers.
Quick Start
- Go to Settings → Providers in your Solum dashboard.
- Click “Add Provider” to open the creation form.
- Enter the provider’s name (e.g., “Dr. Jane Smith”).
- Assign services and locations they work at.
- Save — the provider is now available across Solum.

Creating a Provider
Click Add Provider to open the creation form. Enter the provider’s name, then optionally assign services, locations, and languages.
A slug is auto-generated from the name if you don’t provide one.
If your company has many services, use the search bar in the services list to find the right ones quickly.
Editing a Provider
Click on any provider row in the table to open the edit form. All fields can be changed.
When updating services or locations, the full list is replaced — make sure all desired assignments are selected before saving.
Deleting a Provider
Click the delete button on a provider row.
Deleting a provider is permanent and cannot be undone. Their location and service assignments are also removed.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Fix |
|---|

| Services list is empty when creating a provider | You need to create services first. Go to Settings → Services to add them. |
| Locations list is empty when creating a provider | You need to create locations first. Go to Settings → Locations to add them. |
| Slug already exists | Each provider slug must be unique within your company. Provide a different slug in the Advanced section, or change the name. |
