Providers

Providers represent the healthcare professionals on your team — therapists, clinicians, or other staff who deliver services. Each provider can be assigned to one or more locations and linked to the services they offer. Manage providers from Settings → Providers.

Quick Start

  1. Go to Settings → Providers in your Solum dashboard.
  2. Click “Add Provider” to open the creation form.
  3. Enter the provider’s name (e.g., “Dr. Jane Smith”).
  4. Assign services and locations they work at.
  5. Save — the provider is now available across Solum.

Creating a Provider

Click Add Provider to open the creation form. Enter the provider’s name, then optionally assign services, locations, and languages. A slug is auto-generated from the name if you don’t provide one. If your company has many services, use the search bar in the services list to find the right ones quickly.

Editing a Provider

Click on any provider row in the table to open the edit form. All fields can be changed. When updating services or locations, the full list is replaced — make sure all desired assignments are selected before saving.

Deleting a Provider

Click the delete button on a provider row.
Deleting a provider is permanent and cannot be undone. Their location and service assignments are also removed.
